Nature-Based Pediatric Occupational Therapy

Individual Nature-Based OT begins Fall 2026 and will use intentionally selected natural, community, and real-world environments to support regulation, movement, independence, confidence, and participation.
Parents and caregivers will help identify meaningful priorities so professional support connects with the child’s actual routines and environments.
Online Parent Coaching
Available Now • Online
Online coaching helps parents notice patterns, understand possible needs, and build realistic strategies for routines, regulation, participation, and connection.
Coaching is educational and consultative. It is separate from occupational therapy and designed around shared problem-solving rather than judgment or perfection.
T.H.R.I.V.E. Outdoors
Group Waitlists Open
T.H.R.I.V.E. groups use nature, movement, and shared activity to support confidence, teamwork, and participation. They remain separate from individual Nature-Based OT.
