How Novel Heights handles information you share.

Information we collect

Our contact, resource-access, Nature-Based OT waitlist, T.H.R.I.V.E. waitlist, and Parent Coaching forms may collect a parent or caregiver name, child age or age range, general location, broad area of interest, email address, optional phone number, preferred contact method, a general message, and consent to receive relevant communications.

How we use information

We use submitted information to provide requested resources, respond to inquiries, manage waitlists, explain Parent Coaching availability, route professional or Foundation questions, improve website operations, and send optional updates when you have chosen to receive them. Novel Heights does not sell personal information.

Website service providers

This website uses Netlify to host the site and process website-form submissions. Form notifications may be delivered to the Novel Heights business email through Google Workspace. These providers process information according to their own contracts, security practices, and privacy terms.

Resource access and local storage

After a successful free-resource submission, this website may store a small access preference in your browser using local storage so the resource library remains visible on return visits. This preference does not contain your form response and can be cleared through your browser settings.

Data minimization and sensitive information

Public website forms are intended for general inquiry, planning, and contact information. Do not submit medical records, detailed diagnoses, treatment information, highly sensitive health information, or urgent concerns. Submitting a website form does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

Retention and deletion

Novel Heights retains website inquiries only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the requested communication, maintain appropriate business records, and meet applicable legal or safety obligations. You may request correction or deletion, subject to any information Novel Heights must retain for legitimate legal or operational reasons.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from optional communications at any time. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of information submitted through the website.
