When does pediatric occupational therapy open?
Novel Heights plans to open pediatric occupational therapy in Fall 2026. Families can join the priority list now for launch updates and early scheduling information.
How do I know if my child may benefit from occupational therapy?
If routines, regulation, feeding, coordination, school participation, play, or independence feel harder than expected, occupational therapy may help. Joining the priority list or sending a general question can help you prepare for the Fall 2026 opening.
What ages and areas do you serve?
Novel Heights is based in Paragould and serves families in Northeast Arkansas. Contact us for current age ranges, service locations, and program availability.
Where do services take place?
Depending on the service, support may occur in a therapy setting, outdoors, through parent coaching, or in another meaningful real-life environment. We will explain current options before scheduling.
Do I need a referral, and what payment options are available?
Referral requirements and payment options can vary by service and insurance plan. Contact us and we will clarify the current process before you commit.
Is outdoor therapy just play?
Play is often how children learn, but the experiences are intentional and connected to goals such as movement, regulation, confidence, problem-solving, and participation.
Will parents be involved?
Yes. Families are essential partners. We want you to understand what we are working on, why it matters, and how to support progress at home.
Can I use parent coaching without direct therapy?
Parent Coaching is designed as a practical stand-alone option and is planned to open in Fall 2026. Families can join the priority list now.
When do Parent Coaching and T.H.R.I.V.E. groups begin?
Parent Coaching and T.H.R.I.V.E. Basecamp are planned for Fall 2026. Explorers is planned for Spring 2027, and Focus is planned for Summer 2027. Join the priority list for early access to launch and enrollment details.
