Our contact, resource, Nature-Based OT waitlist, and T.H.R.I.V.E. waitlist forms may collect a parent or caregiver name, child age or age range, general location, general area of interest, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, message, and consent to receive relevant updates.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, provide requested resources, manage the Nature-Based OT Waitlist and T.H.R.I.V.E. Waitlist, support Online Parent Coaching inquiries, respond to Foundation or partnership questions, improve services, and send updates when you have chosen to receive them. We do not sell personal information.
